Why I don't believe in God

I've got a few extra backstage passes to hell, anyone up for it?
Well, my friend was dying and decided last minute that him and his family are going to heaven instead of hell. So, now, I've got these exta passes, anyone up for it? It's a little warm down there, but hell, no sunday worship. Sure, we supposedly get tortured every day(surely satan loves the disbelievers? damn christian myths, making hell seem like hell) but fuck, sunday worship is like hell 8 days a wee. Fucked up, eh? Well, christianity is, too. I mean, come on, eternal punishment is your best threat? Come on, we're not idiots, though I fear you may be. At least threaten us with something that actually affects us. Like, uhm, mabe torturing us? And since physical torture is outlawed(in most countries) you can always make us go to church. No wonder so many christians commit suicide.

Scratching the surface (barely)
Fo rmy first blog post, I'm just gong to be countering a few things and explaining a bit of why I don't believe in god, and whyyou shouldn't either.
First off, there is one argument that I've always found funny. Religious often say, "The universe has to have been created, therefore god made it" I ask, as always, "Who made god?" They counter, as always, "God always has been. He simply was" Now, this is all fine and well, except that if God has no creator, who's to say the universe needs one? You get where I'm going.
But now, why don't I believe in God?
1. Lack of evidence
You would think that an all-knowing, all-powerful god would be able to easily create some physical evidence. But nope. Nothing.
2. It makes no sense to make an entire universe for a race that won't even explore a tiny fraction of it. It's like building an entire city for one person. Or like developing an MM Ofor one person.
3. Jesus isn't real.
Lack of evidence. Once again. You get where I'm going.
That's enough for today. I've barely scratched the surface and already feel like I did some good, if any.
